I got the Large-X large one and the fit is perfect and i feel much better while using it. I am more mobile and can do a lot more than i was able without the sleeve. I am able to walk without pain. A knee brace is a must when life happens. The McDavid Sport Sport Knee Compression Knee Sleeve/ W Gel Buttress and Stays is a good stay. This brace stays on my knee better than others I've tried. The padding adds extra safety to the knee. Also the generated heat from having this brace on helps with pain at times.
The McDavid sport knee compression knit sleeve gives me moderate support to help with the pain from arthritis in my knees. Along with advanced support it has four way stretch for increased compression and fit. It also fits on both your right and left.
