I used this to braise my beef for birria tacos and it cooked perfectly! It's large enough to cook large portioned, family sized meals. I baked it in the oven on 300 for 3.5 hours with no damage to the braiser. It was so easy to clean but there were a little stains left. I expected that because the broth I cooked is very dark and full of seasonings and peppers.
The color is bright and I love it can't wait to use it a little bigger then I thought

It is absolutely awesome for the price point. I am worried about chipping the lid given that the coating wraps all the way around the corner and it's thin right there. But you can't beat this quality of a pot for this price.
