The size fits well on the kitchen counter top I like that I can see through the basket and not have an oven type airfryer. Cooks really well and we are excited to try the dehydrate feature.

This air fryer is great and super easy to use. My fries came out perfectly, and I even used it for spaghetti squash — which turned out great thanks to the Clearcook window. My squash was smaller than the recipe called for, and without Clearcook it definitely would’ve been overcooked. Absolutely recommend this one!

We loved our old Instant Pot Vortex Plus 6QT XL, but when we needed a new one, we went with the 5.3QT instead. Glad we did. Size works for us. Fits in the same spot as our old air fryer, so no shuffling stuff around. Just the two of us eating, so we don't need the extra space anyway. So much quieter. This is the big one. The old 6QT XL was crazy loud—like, you couldn't hear the TV in the living room loud. This new one? Way quieter. We can actually talk or watch something without cranking the volume. Honestly didn't realize how annoying the old one was until we got this. Less smell. Our apartment doesn't reek of whatever we cooked for the next three hours. Not sure if it's better ventilation or just the smaller size, but either way, it's a win. The window is clutch. We mess around with new recipes a lot, so being able to see what's happening without opening it up is great. With the 6QT XL, we were always guessing or stopping it to check. Now we just look and know if we need more time or if it's done. Worth it if: You're upgrading from an older Vortex and want something quieter. The viewing window is a nice bonus. Works great for 2-4 people and won't drive you nuts with noise.

I'llpreface this by saying I've never owned an air fryer before. I didn't quite understand the hype, so I was really interested in trying this for myself. I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet and easy to use this is. I bought some frozen onion rings, read the instructions that came in the manual, and ran my first air frying cycle. Not only were the onion rings super crisp and not soggy, but I also just really loved watching them cook. There is a button you can press to turn on a tiny light inside the actual compartment. The only thing I'll note is that the tray needs to be pushed all the way to the bottom and it will otherwise shift around while it's running. I had to open it up and push it down with a spatula because all the onion rings slid to the front. But once I got that figured out, it was great.

I'm so happy I got to try this air-fryer as I have been wanting to get one since forever. I love how compact it is as it does the job without taking too much space in my kitchen. The instructions are super easy to follow and understand. I have made meals with it from chicken to fish. I'm going to be baking with it this week. It has done every task with ease and I'm impressed. Definitely will be getting more kitchen appliances from the Instant Pot brand!

Full disclosure, I've never owned an air fryer ever. I'm more of a microwave kinda guy and was always on the fence on whether to buy one or not. I'm glad I got to sample and review this through the company. I took it out of the box, read the instructions and right off the bat, I definitely smelled plastic. Washed it, as was instructed, but the smell lingered. Hopefully, it'll go away after a few uses. I decided to air fry some popcorn chicken for 9 minutes. Definitely liked the light on the model so I was able to see my food cook. The settings and time was very straight forward, I also liked that in the middle of the cook, theres an indicator to flip your food. After the 9 minutes have elapsed, I dumped my chicken on the plate and you can hear how crispy they were! Delicious too! Would never get that from a microwave. It's part of my arsenal now! I also like that it doesn't take up too much space on my countertop and when not in use, I can easily just store it away. So, yeah, if I can cook something up in half the time than an oven with the same results, I'm all for it! Yes, I would totally recommend this air fryer!
