I ordered the blush colored ones for our daughters nursery. The walls are a neutral beige/gray color. The contrast of the soft pink and the texture of the velvet is really nice. The velvet isn't obnoxiously noticeable, but more subtle. They're not black out curtains and light still does come into the room, but it gives the room a rose colored glow during the day.

These curtains were quite a deal with 2 panels per pack! They were luxurious and the teal color vibrant. I've seen other versions sell for 4 times this price! I'm very happy with target once again!!
