This is a great little pot! Use for more than sauce, I use for ramen, rice, and other small serve foods! And I LOVE that is has measuring on the inside of the pot so it’s super helpful. It’s a beautiful color also! The gold really makes it pop. And stainless steel is healthier than the other toxic coated pans. I wish I had the bigger one as well!
Great little sauce pan that is the exact size I was looking for. The copper touches give it a very high-end look, and the pan itself is hefty and well made.
I bought one of these and used it once, cooked plain pasta without any acidic sauce and it developed several black pits in the bottom. I exchanged it for the less pretty version without the brass & black. It also developed a couple of black pits with the first use. I should have returned it also, but was too busy. Also the handle gets hot. I notice Cuisinart makes lids with rubber on the handles, that would be better. I also prefer a lid with a vent hole.
