These are such a must for your TheraFace Pro. I use the hot ring at night and the cold ring in the morning.
I am using the hot ring for TMJ and results are awesome.

The cold rings are a great add on to the theraface unit. I find that it works well to reduce under eye swelling and also to massage face . I like to use it along with the massage attachment!
