This replaced our old Keurig. This is a definite upgrade. Features I think are the best: fast, very hot water, iced drink feature, shuts off when the lid is lifted after brewing (our last one had auto-shutoff but it was after about 30 minutes), saving some energy. Make sure you have a counter space that accommodates the depth of the unit since the reservoir is at the rear. Unit has a narrow width, however so it doesn't take up much space.
Getting the warranty replacement Keurig was a simple process the only negative would be not knowing why the original stopped working.
I love my new coffee maker. Works great and the white is a nice addition to my kitchen decor.

Got this on sale as a replacement. My old Keurig died after about 6 years. This new one is great fast and quiet.
