I am impressed with the flexibility provided by this product. The shift between modes in the contrast mode is exceptionally fast. The only drawback is that, because of its size, it is not ideal for every body part, particularly the shoulders and ankles. It needs to be applied on a larger surface area.
I love implementing contrast therapy into my recovery but this has made it so much easier, cleaner, and the ability to pinpoint is key.
I gave this to my mom who was having some aches in her back and she uses this to ice it. She loved that it doesn't get messy, drip water, or lose temperature. Great gift.
Love using this before and after long days playing disc golf. Only negative is battery life didn't last that long
The Cube produces just the right degree of heat or cooling to promote recovery. I’ve used it on torn ligaments in my hand and a trigger finger. Both conditions have improved.
