We installed this mount in our open kitchen and dining area, allowing us to easily adjust the TV face to either the dining table or cooking area as need. The mounting is very stable when secured to a stud but not drywall. While we spent some time on it but once it was set up, it held our 65 inch TV nicely and securely, and meet our need of flexibility.
