Coloring my hair is so easy with this tool. I love the color results on my greys. This is a new gesture and I had to read the instruction sheet to make things right at first but I think after some practice I will retouch my hair more frequently with no hassle. Impressed by the device cleaning itself with the blue pod. Cannot wait the next hair retouch to share more.
I just used it today for the 1st time, it is literally so easy to color your hair using this device! I love that I don’t have to do the mixing part myself so it doesn’t leave a mess in my bathroom unlike regular box color. The device makes it quick and easy to mix and apply the color on your hair, even on the back of the head. The first use can be surprising, but everything is written in the manual, just make sure to stand close to the sink or the bathtub for the first part when the device dispenses the color at first. Also very easy to clean after use. I like that I don’t have to waste the product I’m not using and I don’t have to buy another box for next time. I used it to touch up my roots: the color is nice and natural, my grays are fully covered. Overall super satisfied, I will be better at maintaining my hair color now!
The device is easy to use, and easy to clean up after coloring. The cartridge was a little confusing to me at first. I tried to take it out of the cardboard box, and didn't realize you needed to keep it in tact and just easily insert into the device. Had I read and re-read the instructions, maybe I wouldn't have had this confusion the first time using this product.

After a consultation call with Eden and colorist Julia, I felt all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Eden gave a thorough demonstration and explanation about how to use the Colorsonic device; while Julia gave me great information and clear instructions on how to use the color processing timing.
