Okay, so I’m new to using period panties. I’m in my 60’s and have random bladder leaks. I like the idea of using panties instead of regular pads (too irritating) or big and bulky diapers. I’ve found it hard to know how much absorbency I need. Some days, not much, some days, a lot. I’ve tried so many panties, and these are by far THE BEST!!! They absorb a crazy amount, more than I’ve seen in other panties, and aren’t that bulky at all. In fact, I’ve found them thin enough to wear every day, comfortably. And if I want to, I can throw them in the washer AND dryer. Plus, no seams so you don’t even notice them under your clothes. WOW! I never thought I’d find undies like these. Thank you Proof & Always. These are perfect!

On top of that the sleek look meant I could wear it under work clothes and it wasn’t obvious or bulging anywhere. Very happy with these!

They worked. I would say size down. I am around 140lbs 5'2 and a size 8. I got a large, but will get a medium next time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Proof Post pardon panties are an absolute game changer I have had 4 children and sure wish I would have has these sooner they have literally changed the game make sure that no leaks our accidents after such a hard labor the last thing one needs to worry about is a leak or accident we need to nurse and run on no hours of sleep. These fit so I great and are true to size and very flattering after giving birth or even period bloat these are just the best! I highly recommend these Proof leak proof panties. The price for such protection is so cheap and priceless all at the same time!
