I picked this up for our church when we were redoing our projection system. I just needed something that could connect our desktop Mac to a monitor. This got the job done with ease.There's honestly not a whole lot that I can say about this other than - it works really well. It's easy to connect. The picture looks great. And so far, we've had zero issues with it. I honestly can't recommend it enough.

There are many ways to mirror an Android phone screen to a monitor or TV, wired or wirelessly: Miracast, another app, or just a wired connection. This little adapter (no power required) connects to my phone's USB-C port; then I can plug an HDMI cable into both the adapter and the monitor/TV and mirror away. But I can do better: I have a wireless HDMI receiver and transmitter, so I can plug the adapter into the transmitter and the receiver into the TV. (My transmitter and receiver require power, so I need to plug them in or, as I do, use power banks.)

I have used several j5 products and they always work perfectly- this is no exception! You can use this for phones and computers and it DOES offer power- that means you can connect the usbc port to a charger/port to charge the phone and remove the battery limitation on your phone. This adds a lot of versatility to how you can use the device.Ease of use: I was able to use the device plug and play on my PC without the need to install drivers. I searched for drivers on the j5 website and it looks like they aren't offered and shouldn't be needed. I didn't need to do anything special to get it to work on my phone either (tested on android) other than follow the notification prompts that came up when I plugged it in. If you like easy, this is it!I experienced no issues and everything worked as expected on both windows 11 and android.

This connector is doing just what I wanted. I'm able to run a video I'm streaming on my phone to my (non-smart) TV and be able to keep charging the phone with the USB connector.

I need to connect my Samsung Galaxy tablet to my wireless HDMI transmitter with this Usb-C to HDMI adapter. It worked perfectly allowing me to put my tablet content to my TV. It did a great job.
