Packaging looked like it had seen some things, but product was fine--might have been taken out of the package previously. Works great, I can't believe I'm just now finding out about this product. I hope it's never discontinued as they do need replaced periodically.

Okay, I was skeptical... I'm cheap and didn't want to spend money if it was a fraud. I have very thin leg hair so I was a little optimistic. It works great! No cuts! I do it like every three days and it's wonderful. A quick 5 min of laying in bed rubbing the weird rock on my legs and they are smooth as heck. I used it on my arm as well and it was just as effective. TO BE CLEAR, I HAVE THIN HAIR.
