Bought this shirt for my 15-year-old son in size small which is his normal size and it fit true to size. The shirt is a soft terry cloth material which my son said was super comfortable. The fit is just right—not too tight, not too baggy—and the light blue color looks great with khaki pants or navy shorts. He likes to wear this shirt when we have to dress up or to go play golf. I ordered this collared short sleeve sweater for my husband. He is 6’1” 185lbs and his true size is XL. We ordered his true size and it fit true to size. This is a really good quality shirt sleeve sweater. The material is really soft and the material is actually pretty light and breathable. It is a little see through, so be aware of that. My husband is a true to size extra large in clothing. The extra large in this shirt fit true to size. The polo is a little different in that it has a slight v neck. It is the texture of a sweater which my husband said felt odd. The color is more of an off white than the yellow it looks like in the picture.
