After being forced to return another refurbished Microsoft Surface Go 2 laptop that was defective, I was hesitant of trying again, but I could not pass up this deal. Upon arrival the hardware was in prestine condition, almost like new, and everything functioned as required. The only minor issue was that the bootloader was unlocked, which I was able to easily lock for security sake. I am very happy with my purchase.

Surface go was in perfect condition. So far works great.

I ordered one that said Good condition but to my mind it came in excellent condition. I am extremely happy.

I bought the Surface to use while on vacation. I wanted a tablet I could use for reading and be able to do needed computer features such as writing a paper, weekly billing, and check email. The refurbished unit was planned to be occasionally used.I put a antiglare screen protector and a Keyboard on the unit.It works perfect for reading. My HP laptop has quit working. I am now using it as my primary computer away from my laptop.Great bang for the buck. Versitle

This is a refurbished device... Honestly, I don't see what is refurbished about it.. Maybe the software had to be reinstalled.... No cosmetic defects anywhere, the screen looks immaculate, the body not one single spec on it.... This device looks and handles like a brand new surface go would, only difference is I paid like half the price for it.... Hat off to Amazon for such a great deal....

This device was a great purchase. I've bought renewed devices before (with mostly positive results) but you never know for sure. The Surface Go I received was in good enough condition that, looking at it, it could've passed for new. It charges fine, and the battery holds its charge very well (that's probably the thing I'm most worried about with a renewed device like this, but not problems with this one). The touch screen functions perfectly, and I've been very pleased with the device.
