Love it. Bigger than expected. Fits in great with my other pans.
This is to the person who mentioned this pan is not stainless steel. It actually is stainless. The bottom has an aluminum core, sandwiched between stainless. The aluminum core allows the pan to heat evenly, while not coming to in contact with food. I’ve used stainless cookware for years, and even more expensive tri-ply can discolor slightly and/or develop a haze over time. This pan performs nicely.
Cleans up really well, my husband is impressed. Bigger than I expected. Cover is not glass.
Great product, wouldn't use any other brand. Don't warp like other brands.
These are NOT stainless steel. The main part of the pans are aluminum and will discolor when you cook with it. Only the very bottom is stainless steel (which is why it will work on induction stoves). Definitely returning.
