I love this shoe rack It is very reliable And holds a good amount of shoes

Good metal finish, ease of assembly, keeps floor clear of shoes, and space savings. You should read all the reviews and try this item if it looks like it can satisfy your requirement. We needed a solution like this and not a hanging wall or door rack and we already had a stacking shelf in one place. The first one I tried on Step One had a threaded hole that did not line up. Luckily the exchanged item was great and did not have the same defect. Just a little bit inconvenient but problem solved. My child helped me assemble it, so we made it fun. Stands well in one spot by the door where we need it, and moves easily out of the way. Just don't think I would ship it during moving houses without disassembling it. While it is a bit pricy, overall we are satisfied with this purchase.

Got this for my home to put in a walk in closet. Although this rack does hold a lot of shoes, it’s quite wobbly, and since it’s on carpet in my closet, when I go to roll it the frame starts to tilt and feels like it wants to topple over, especially with the weight of the shoes playing into factor. Great concept of the design in terms of space saving, but needs way more sturdiness in the actual structure of the item. Not sure how long it will be till it either breaks or falls over if it gets caught in the carpet while trying to move it in the future. Just something to keep in mind.

This is my second Brightroom purchase, and I couldn’t be more disappointed with the quality. I returned my first item because its poor design rendered it useless, but took a second chance with this shoe rack. The only good thing I can say about this item is that assembly was quick and easy, otherwise it’s wobbly and poorly designed. Do. Not. Buy. Luckily mine is hidden away, otherwise I would’ve gone through the hassle of disassembling and returning it.

Listen to the reviews. It’s a great space savor but the whole frame leans if you move it after assembly. If I hadn’t thrown away the box I would return it. But I’m stuck with it now unfortunately. There is some mechanical flaw, probably at the base, which shifts the weight distribution of the shoes left and right.

I was really hopeful for this since I wanted something that helped consolidate our shoes in a small space, but as soon as I starting putting our shoes on it I realized it wasn’t going to work. It’s definitely pretty unstable, it moves well on the wheels but it’s uneven and wobbly. It may be that since we have bigger feet that the shoes don’t sit as well on it, but the shoes hang over the edge of the top and were falling off the side and then also weren’t sitting flush with the wall we wanted to put it against. It looks like it would hold three pairs of shoes on one side but even with thin shoes like converse it was fitting 2 pairs of shoes and then 1 shoe for the next pair. I was able to return it and got something different for our space but for the price I wouldn’t recommend
